My husband and I lived here 2.5 years and really enjoyed it. This apartment is well-run. The amenities are gorgeous and very functional. The neighborhood is hard to beat in Baltimore. They have ~monthly resident events (happy hours, yoga classes) that are fun and something to look forward to at the end of a long work day -- and a chance to get to know your neighbors. While I didn't love the wall-to-wall carpeting, I do appreciate that it made the apartments much quieter than hard floors. The appliances, plumbing, HVAC and electrical were well-installed and consistently functioned well --we only called maintenance maybe twice the entire time we lived there. This is something I took for granted until I moved into a new building where things keep malfunctioning and staff are inundated and less experienced! If I had to return to Baltimore I would move to Union Wharf again in a heartbeat. My only gripe was that fellow residents kept abusing the valet trash system, leaving bare bags of trash, sans-can, in the hallway all weekend (i.e. the only days that the valet guys didn't pick up trash). But it really depended on what floor you lived on; some floors were pretty respectful/neighborly.

Love the place, every employee were good, but expect them to response any call during midnight in terms of emergency

Best part of apartment living- sitting back, relaxing, and having all maintenance issues resolved without much effort on my part

This place is like living in a resort. Close to nightlife yet far enough from the noise. Management, maintenance and front desk staff are classy and professional.
