I absolutely love my apartment! We moved to Baltimore from across the country and , based on amenities and neighborhood recommendations, we signed a 2-year lease without ever setting foot into the building. This building has a pool that overlooks the harbor, a gym, washer/dryers and dishwashers in the units and off-street and garage parking (extra monthly fee). They accept large pets and are very accommodating for dogs. The office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

I lived in Tindeco Wharf for several years before my recent move to Washington. The loft apartments are gorgeous, largely open-plan, with huge windows; apartments on the east and south side look out onto the water. The location on Boston Street is ideal for Canton, Fells, Harbor East, and downtown. The office and maintenance staff are great - they have always gotten back to me quickly and do good work. And the parking lots have plenty of space. You can hear your neighbors if they are loud, but not at 'normal activity levels'; it's pretty similar to other apartments. Having just moved to a different apartment across the US, Tindeco was much better.

Its close to the water and everything else. Great location. The building is nicely maintained with very helpful and friendly staff. Things are fixed quickly when the break and there are always improvements being made.
