We really do have a floorplan to fit everyone?s needs. In addition to our unique apartments, Tindeco also features a 24-hour attended lobby, waterfront pool with Jacuzzi, fitness center, brand new community room with wi-fi and free coffee bar, a beautiful private courtyard and much much more and ? all with a view of the Canton Waterfront. With the combination and culture of city life and the quiet charm of harbor side living, living at Tindeco Wharf is all that and more!
I absolutely love my apartment! We moved to Baltimore from across the country and , based on amenities and neighborhood recommendations, we signed a 2-year lease without ever setting foot into the building. This building has a pool that overlooks the harbor, a gym, washer/dryers and dishwashers in the units and off-street and garage parking (extra monthly fee). They accept large pets and are very accommodating for dogs. The office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.
Great location. Extremely spacious apartments. Lots of natural light. A great harbor view from our apartment. Mostly friendly staff.
I lived in Tindeco Wharf for several years before my recent move to Washington. The loft apartments are gorgeous, largely open-plan, with huge windows; apartments on the east and south side look out onto the water. The location on Boston Street is ideal for Canton, Fells, Harbor East, and downtown. The office and maintenance staff are great - they have always gotten back to me quickly and do good work. And the parking lots have plenty of space. You can hear your neighbors if they are loud, but not at 'normal activity levels'; it's pretty similar to other apartments. Having just moved to a different apartment across the US, Tindeco was much better.
Nice being on the water, having the front desk attendant, and the regular activities, such as the holiday brunch. It is frustrating hearing people's dogs bark, which is my biggest complaint.
Issues are taken care of in a timely manner. The maintenance workers are really helpful and nice.
