    Morgan properties is a great company to rent from. The Marylander Apartment was great to me I live here about 4 years ago and have a great stay with them.. The head of Maintenance guy name Big Greg is the man. He gets work done when ever you ask or place in a work order he be on top on the job. Mr. Greg haves great customer service and the communication is out of this world great guy... the leasing team is always upset about something but gets the job done. Just need more smiles and happy people in this office... I loved my stay there so thanks you guys for everything you did to make my home a home... Hope Mr. Greg is still around and working at the Marylander you new guy that's moving in will love this Guy..

    The place was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and helpful. I didn't rent though because it was too far from the area I wanted to be in. I would recommend it just by the way I was treated while I was there.

    All good reviewed are for 6-7 months ago , that they started putting flyers around apartment for more discounts and prize. So disappointing to see people that can lie for a little discount. This apartment is VERY bad. The only advantage they have is that they are close to Hopkins! They have horrible maintenance. Water gets turned off two or three times a month - they still charge you $18-$20 a month. Very Sticky and dirty hallways (very BAD Smells). It is always very bad smells around because of no ventilation in hallways. The elevators are so damaged and old and get broken many times a month. The gym is dirty (VERY) and laundry is very very crowded. Many times washers or dryers are broken. The emergency is very bad, I lost my keys and the emergency maintenance said they will charge $500 if you lost your key in out of business hours. Inside the apartments are very small, very old and the walls are thin. You easily can hear your neighbor's conversation and TV sound. The apartment door is so old that one time I got stuck inside the home and couldn't get out (the emergency came 2 hours later and they were helpless, my friend got me out). There is no security, you have fab but the back door is always open and anybody can come inside and go. So many times I never used my fab because the door was always open. There are no security whats so ever. Trash get full fast and it becomes smelly and it will hard to even walk in the hallway. Heater control is central by the apartment. So you have no control over your heater in SUMMER. IT'S ON !! 24/7. I have to cover it with something in summer to reduce its temperature. If you have a post that requires a signature! The leasing office won't accept it or they won't even call you. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR POST. you will end up going to post office.

    The heater is not well as sometimes too hot sometimes no heat. Except this, all are very good in Marylander.
