I had a year-long lease at Fox Building and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite paying over $1550 each month for a studio apartment, there were additional charges of around $35 that were not clearly explained, and these charges did not even cover insurance. It's frustrating that I had to incur extra costs for insurance separately. The urgency of the manager was also quite overwhelming, which added to the discomfort. To add to my disappointment, even though I had paid a security deposit of $500, I only received $235 back. I had thoroughly cleaned the apartment and paid my rent diligently, so it's hard to understand why I had to pay more. i left one week before and I told here I will leave early Moreover, the internet connectivity in the area was extremely poor, which is a big drawback, especially for people who need to work from home. Overall, I would advise anyone considering Fox Building to reconsider, as it feels like they are taking advantage of residents financially without providing adequate services in return.

Would totally recommend this apartment complex! The Fox Building is situated in a great neighborhood, a short walk to The Avenue, MoMs Organic Grocery Shop or Johns Hopkins main campus. Current staff is amazing and always communicative about events or information!! Have had no issues within my apartment, especially as it is newly built with updated amenities. Good for younger adults.

Life is good here at the Fox building! From the warm, friendly expert staff to the spacious floor plans and fabulous amenities, there is something for everyone here at The Fox!
