I moved into The Equitable building this fall and I love it! It was an easy transition and the staff was extremely professional, helpful and accommodating. The building is beautiful and very clean and I love having a well-kept gym on site. The front-desk and maintenance staff is exceptionally friendly and professional! I definitely feel safe and at home.
There is no parking on site, BUT there's a garage right next door at the Suntrust Bank.
The apartment is very nice along with all other amenities that come with it I would definitely recommend to a friend. However, there is an issue with parking as the building doesn't have a parking garage. Be prepared to search for parking
It's a chill environment. The staff is very nice and courteous. My only complaint is parking. I wish the parking garage the building is affiliated with were closer. The events they put on are nice. I like the building so far.
Hard to give a good review in a short amount of time, but seems like a good living environment. Options for social gatherings to get to know people who live in the building, pleasant neighbor's.
The Equitable is a great place to call home! Since the first day I moved in, the building and the management team have been wonderful. Everyone on the staff greets you with a huge smile and is willing to help with anything you need.
