Ive enjoyed my 5 years here. I live in the newer tower building and its nice to have my heat and A/C included in my rent. The monthly events are usually pretty fun and I love all the free food. Im not origonlly from Baltimore so it was a nice opportunity to meet my neighbors. Definitely recommend if youre new to the area and are looking for a comfortable and affordable place to live downtown.

Beware of this place!!! I would not move here if I could make the decision again. I have complained to management that their are drywood termites in my house. Disgusting!!! Their are also mice and roaches. Shortly after moving in what looked like a clean apartment, I saw roaches. Management does not address rodent concerns appropriately so If you move in you will have to take pest control in to your own hands. I should have taken my money elsewhere. Don't let the pictures and clean apartments you tour or move in to right after they clean them fool you. I can not wait for my lease to be up.

I've lived here since 2014. In the beginning everything was great, management was awesome, Mia the concierge was a joy to be around and the building was always clean and well maintained, but after my second year here things started to decline. The property started accepting section 8 vouchers and allowed families with too many children and other relatives to move in and cause havoc on the floor that I was living on at the time. There were fights in front of the elevator, food and juice dropped on the floor in front of my apartment and crayon marks on the wall near my apartment door. When I finally had enough of my loud, disrespectful neighbors I asked to move to a different apartment and I did so in 2016.

Now in my new apartments things continue to be bad, first there was marijuana smoke coming in at all hours of the day and night and next came the bugs. There have never been bugs in the building before (at least none that I could see) in almost my entire stay here and now in the last year I've had to have the exterminator come out multiple times. Bugs and marijuana are not what you think of when you think "Luxury" apartments. If you don't work at or go to school at the university then do yourself a favor and steer clear of the Centerpoint Apartments, I think things are only going to continue to go down from here.
