I love the staff and I love my apartment. Everyone in the building seems to be pretty social in the hallways and elevators as well.

The Carlyle is an amazing apartment complex; from the kitted out kitchens to the fine hardwood/carpet floors, there's nothing that feels quite as comfortable within the same price bracket. As a student there was really no other place I'd have chosen to go.

It seems the only place that is cleaned on a regular time frame is the main lobby. Do they plan on making cleaning for the hall ways on each floor.

Elevators need immediate upgrading!!!
Maintenance staff overworked, more staff required !!
Car parking entrance needs to be upgraded... easier access rather than silly little key !!!

The heating system of the building is really a problem. We pay 150$ monthly as " Fuel oil" on our bills which is really high. Funny things that the heat system was not working for some really cold days and we needed to turn on our AC and pay electricity bill.
This is a real weak management over the heating system. I got frustrated about that.
