I Love The Atmosphere of this place and enjoyed the employees with the tour. This is great inside, don't particularly like the outside surrounding areas, but you are downtown.

Great place to live. 0 complaints aside from the conductor blasting the horn on the light rail in the middle of the night. Great staff. Utilities included. High ceilings, spacious, Clean, modern building. Love it.

The Atrium is wonderful. With all the utilities included budgeting is so much easier, and the cost is worth it. The lounge is gorgeous, the courtyard is quiet and peaceful, and the amenities are great. The kitchen has modern appliances... There's nothing not to like. The only way I could imagine it being better is if they offered fiber internet instead of cable. That said, when the cable for Baltimore went out, the internet in the lounge still worked, so I can't complain. I love it here.

I have lived at the Atrium for close to 4 years and I have had a great experience. The front desk and maintenance teams are extremely helpful and responsive. Some people may not like the area where the Atrium is located, but I have never had any issues and it is very convenient to the Harbor. I have been thoroughly satisfied with living at the Atrium and I recommend the community to my friends.
