Located in the heart of Mt. Vernon, a historic Baltimore neighborhood and cultural center. The Walters Art Gallery, Peabody Institute and some of Baltimore's best restaurants and shops are just steps away from your new apartment home.
Extreme roach problem in the entire building. Maintenance guy does his best but there is one guy for 10 floors of apartments so your repairs end up being bare minimum quality at best. Laundry room is in moldy dark basement level of the building with flies flying all over the place. The building residents are a wide variety so some floors are quiet and others are rambunctious and reek of cigarette smoke. Management is subpar at best with extreme delay times/minimum presence in building on weekly basis so you may or may not be able to pick up packages for days at a time. Questionable front desk receptionist who has guest in the afternoons that appear to be strung out addicts. No security- 1 out of 2 elevators NEVER work. Just don't live in this building--it's truly not worth the $$$ you will have to spend and the anxiety of roaches running all over your personal space.
Building is very outdated. For $790 for a studio it would be better putting that money towards something more up to date.
