I am very pleased with the structure and quality of my apartment. The cost I am paying for the size and quality of my apartment is a great value. It is a clean building that is cared for regularly. Maintenance requests and issues are processed rather quickly and addressed in a timely fashion.
I will say as much as I love my apartment, the reason I can not give an "excellent" score is due to the parking situation. Wish the lot was open to more residents, given the convenience and the area.
The apartment is nice, great location and for the most part we have had immediate service request resolution. There were a few recent issues around the building that took a significant amount of time to resolve. We also had a poor experience when we first moved in, the property manager has since changed and they have done a much better job.
I really enjoy the apartment I live in as well as the quick responses of the maintenance crew for individual problems. My two main complaints are, first, that there is very little sound proofing from the neighboring apartments and local club, Isis Lounge. And Second, the how management operates, if something is broken in the building such as the parking garage gate or alarm system, it takes weeks to fix.
Very good job overall. Only complaints are with neighborhood and minor apartment things. For example, the shower liner is very cheap and is wearing out after less than a year of use. Does not match with the rest of the fixtures, which are generally excellent.
Overall, a great place to live. Units are very spacious and the hardwood floors are a big place. The staff is very accommodating and is good about responding to our requests.
1. Wish there was more on-site parking
2. Wish you could pay by credit card/bank transfer (mailing a check is archaic)
3. Wish the dryer ran better. The ventless dryers can take a while.
4. Could use a bit more cabinet space--the kitchens are fairly small.
