Fairways at Towson is a large community conveniently located in the heart of Towson. We offer easy access to the city as well as county. Location is very close to many universities such as MICA, Johns Hopkins, Towson, Gougher, Stevenson, and Morgan. We are minutes away from fine dining, entertainment and shopping. Our community has been recently renovated to offer a brand new fitness center, business center, and entertainment lounge.

My roommates and I liked Fairways (now "Rosemont" which made it worse) for the parking situation. There were no parking permits and guests could come and go as they please. My roommates and I never had a problem finding parking. Although, when Rosemont took over management, they felt the need to enforce a parking permit and restrict guests even though 91% of the community opposed this action. We were notified (only by flyers in the main lobby of each apartment building) that in ONE week, there was going to be parking permits for residents and no guest parking (except on streets very far away and are already filled before the enforcement). We had to then pay $25 per resident for a parking pass ONCE a year. This was enforced on November 17, which means we pay $25 now and $25 again in a month and a half at the beginning of the year. I would not recommend this apartment complex at all. Management is not helpful whatsoever, dangerous neighborhood (which doesn't help with guests having to walk farther from their "free parking spots on the road", and not very clean. The management office will not pay attention to it's residents needs, so don't expect to be listened to.
I had nothing but bad experiences with the leasing office at these apartments. From charging me extra at the beginning of my lease all the way to adding additional parking fees in the middle of a signed lease. They have zero regard for the fact that a lease is a legally binding contract and will do anything to get extra money out of residents, be it honest or not. The appliances were disgusting, covered in mold and grime, when I moved in, despite claims that it had "just been cleaned." Extremely disappointed.
Terrible place to live. Noticed a mice problem within the first week I moved in. Also there are centipedes and spiders. These are not luxury apartments!!!! The updates to the apts are poorly constructed. Very disappointing. Cant waug to find a better place. The only good thing about this complex is the neighborhood is good. It is located near many great stores and restaurants bother than that nothing else good to say. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else.
This is the place to live, located in the heart of Towson so much to do and experience all in walking distance.
We began having problems with bed bugs, mice, and roaches within our first few months of our 10 month lease.
Bed bugs: We were told by staff "our apartments are not to blame for the bed bugs, a guest must have brought them into your apartment." A few weeks after our apartment was treated I talked to a neighbor in a whole separate building down the street. She, and the neighbors she had talked to, also had an unexplainable bed bug problem!
Mice: The whole community is overrun with mice. They even send out emails about the mice infestation "due to trash" -- putting blame on residents.
Roaches: Towards April we began seeing weird roaches in our cabinets. We're very clean people but they're unavoidable if the whole building has them.
Overall the staff is terrible and rude. Aaron in the front office is known to be a jerk. Maintenance takes short cuts to temporarily patch but not fix the real issue.
Don't be fooled like I was!
