I have lived in this complex for a while. At first things were okay, but after the management changed to Rosemont the complex became entirely to money hungry. They charge for literally everything (parking, water [which is $40 a month for a two bedroom], trash removal, and other random expenses which comes to their mind on a regular basis) and they are OVERPRICED. Also, I have had nights where I have seen mice running across the floor in my apartment, and my roommate and I are fairly clean people. This complex will try to sell you on acting like they care about their residents, but save your money and look elsewhere because there are many other apartment complexes in the Towson area that are WAYYYY nicer than this, and you can actually get what you are paying for, but most importantly you will save yourself the stress and your peace of mind.
I love living at Rosemont its nice and staff is friendly though. I want to extend my lease and events organised are good too.
The staff at the rental office are really money hungry, I lived here for a 1 plus now, never been late a day on my rent, I renew my lease and rental insurance renew automatically and the agent sent it to them, the claim they didnt receive it and kept charging me $50 monthly for rental insurance that cost $115/year. even after I provided them proof of insurance they wont reverse the fee. Beside the poor customer service, the place is invested with mice and the management takes forever to get things done. Noisy college student. Dont move here if being treated with respect matters to you
I recently moved in in August. My roommates and I have dealt with about 20+ issues since moving in. Maintanence takes forever to come and the leasing/ management staff is incredibly rude. The latest issue is a pipe breaking and flooding our apartment. When we approach the management office about being conpensated in some way for all the bad things we experienced they were rude and constantly interrupted it. In addition, we had the property manager come to assess our issues one day she claimed to look into our trash and see Marijuana which is a violation of our lease. There is no Marijuana because we do not smoke, our trash has a lid on it, and she told our parents of what she "found" instead of us, the tenants/ lease signers. I HATE IT HERE. WHATEVER YOU DO DONT LIVE HERE.
Worst staff in all of Baltimore! When you want answers to real problems younare directed to management whic is for the best but then you find out that the mangers are like children! When you dont accept their answer as correct (they are known to lie) they begin to yell and ask to have you escorted out of the office while yelling at you. They asked if we wanted to pay for parking, we sat no they say yes. We cant even have guest surprise us and spend the night because guest parking is 5 dollars a night and can only be purchased from 10am- 6pm. Most places give you a complimentary guest pass but not here they just want your money. And dont get my started in their late fees!
I have seeen nice out front of the main building on my way home and was very disappointed in the community. And one night there was shooting outside my apartment! They didnt talk about it
For a week and we still dont know what happened.
Now my apartment is nice Im not going to lie about that but once you actually have to get something done everything goes down hill.
The only thing that makes this place livable is that they have two bathroom options and many places in Baltimore do not.
10/10 would not recommend living here unless its the only place you can afford
