Price for one parking spot is outrageous. The staff is not the friendliest and on top of that, theres a lack of care. The prices for the rooms are definitely the worst price Ive seen, especially with lack of keep up.

DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE LIVING AMONG MICE. On July 10, I noticed a mouse in my apartment. It took until the 16th for pest control to come, and at that point, they told me there was no evidence of a mouse (despite me actually seeing one with my own eyes). There is a gap between the wall and the floor, which is where the mice are getting in. I contacted management again after catching FOUR mice in two days in my bedroom, then another one today. I called three times on July 30, ultimately resulting in the same pest control worker coming again and saying that the problem is extensive. Finally, the pest control worker noted the gap between the wall and the floor which is serving as an entryway for the mice. There is no way for me to fix this on my own. I have called and emailed multiple times and went in-person to the leasing office. I was assured that "Dave" would investigate the problem. Instead, another maintenance worker came out. He could not fix the problem, though he stuffed some steel wool in the gap where he could. He noted that a contractor would need to come out. "Dave" didn't "get around" to visiting my apartment today. I am a full-time nurse serving on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic and I am unable to sleep in my apartment. I cannot currently sleep in my apartment, and management has shown no willingness to fix the problem. I do not recommend this apartment to anyone.

The management office is poorly run. When I notified them I was going to move out they gave me a letter stating my move out was a day earlier than my initial lease. I moved out as requested. Then when I called back 1 month after move out they said that I left earlier than I should. This makes no sense and I considered suing for my deposit. I had actually forgotten. I have friends who lived there who never paid their rent for months without any notice by the management staff. The repair service was good on other hand and all my issues were quickly fixed. I liked living there but I would change management in a hurry.
