I kind like this sit so far
I think this site is good so far, I have not moved into in a partment yet
The new management is never in the office. The are always trying to get money out of you. They are charging us a late fee for rent when we paid on time. On top of that they are charging the late fee double because 2 people pay the rent. The windows don't hold the cold air out and you have to run the heat all the time. They have came into my apartment 5 times in the last month for inspection. People have gotten robbed in front of the building. The gates are left open all the time.
Let me know when this property is back on the market
