Mill No. 1 is an adaptive reuse of 19th century cotton mill buildings into a mixed-use development project of apartments, offices and restaurants. We are now scheduling hard hat tours of this exciting new project for prospective residential tenants!     Terrible communication between Property manager and potential residents. Does not return phone calls, emails, or anything. Seemingly Completely unavailable for such a small property at all times.
