Unfortunately I have not seen a video or photos of specific units at Redwood or the list of amenities. Marlboro was a bit too busy and leasing told me that Redwood would be better for me. Still waiting....

Great apartment within unit. The exterior is horrible, as well as area. Management will not do anything about the solicitations, and homeless within property/block. Most apartments face the allies (mine did), and you will overlook raw trash from businesses next to (that draw rats, homeless, smells...) Area, being next to hospital and fire department is also very loud. The building being an old warehouse is loud (just one piece of drywall between apartments. Research the apartment(s) and assess your needs. By any means, I would not recommend unless like you work right next door.
