Staff is very helpful and friendly through whole moving in process and with any questions. Maintenance always responds quickly to any issues. Apartments are well kept.

The staff is wonderful and extremely nice and helpful. They are very quick to fix anything that you need fixing. The outside is slways kept nice and clean.

This place is a joke the two ladies that work here laugh and talk bad about residents all-day. They tell you one thing and do another, took my $275 was supposed to be holding an apartment. I never moved in and never got my money back

I like our apartment. Friendly neighbors, good place for kids, great temperature control. Common areas and outside are maintained, despite what some reviews say. Yes you see trash, but I see it being picked up every single morning. The three bedroom is very reasonably priced. That said, the roach issue is real, but consider that roaches are more often than not an issue that stems from apartment living, in my experience at least. I havent personally seen mice. Also. It doesnt bother me all that much, but the paint job was very sloppy, with a lot of chipping. Dont expect your actual apartment to look like the show apartment, which is also a common occurrence. For me, I am most unhappy with how sticky the kitchen cabinets were when I moved in. (Id be surprised if the roaches werent feasting on them) I have tried cleaning them myself and it is not working very well. They really should use cabinets that are easier to clean. The hinges were full of grime. If you need a pristine apartment, you should consider a higher price range, but thats between you and your wallet.
