staff is very friendly, helpful and informative. always available if anything is needed! the apartments are beautiful, spacious, and offer the best views I have seen in a long time!

Let me be clear, I love my actual apartment. My issue is the noise... which I believe is from the elevator. From the literal minute that I got the apartment, there has been a whirring noise. It goes off and on throughout the day, I've talked to people about it, and here we are over a month later.... and I'm awake because of it (it's 6 am). Initially, management claimed to fix the problem in January, citing a broken elevator, but I have been here for a little over three months! This is likely something that isn't fixable and all of the staff's promises feel like lies at this point. They claim the noise can be adjusted. I was given a "tentative" March 15 deadline, which was not met... then a "projected" March 29th deadline, which was not met. It's so upsetting to be lied to, which only makes waking up at 5 and 6 am even more maddening. Sleep is too important. If you are sensitive to noise, don't move here. If you come to see the apartment, make sure you listen out for noises when in the unit you want. The noise is less obvious on the weekend, and may depend on location in the building. Just do yourself the favor and make sure before signing a lease. As gorgeous as it is to live here, it isn't worth it.

High end, technologically advanced apartments for reasonable prices. From touchpad locks on the doors, touchscreen elevators, and refrigerated lockers to the hardwood floors and modern appliances in each unit this is luxury living in downtown Baltimore. The staff is extremely friendly and will go out of their way to help you even on their time off, and the other residents I have met so far are equally helpful and friendly. I look forward to living here and enjoying the floor to ceiling window views for years to come
