I have lived here for 3 and a half years. Before the new management took over I loved my place and had no issue. Since the 8/2019. I have hated the office staff. They want to change things in the middle of my lease ,you call to ask questions about fees they add on & no one can explain what they are for. Melissa, the asst manager is very rude & disrespectful. The utility bills for water and sewage is ridiculous for a 1 bedroom. Had a maintenance man knock on my door @ 8:00pm. When I ask him several times to show me ID, he stated he worked here for several years and if I didn't open the door he was going to use his key and just come in. I let him know if he that he would be sorry. Thinking strongly about not renewing my lease.

Before quest took over this was AN AMAZING PROPERTY! Since the take over I have not received adequate responses responses regarding maintenance and have waiting for almost 2.5 weeks for a request. They currently only have one maintenance staff. I recently went a whole weekend without heat and was lied to multiple times regarding when they would be coming!

My worst maintenance experience ever. They would take ownership about any maintenance issues. No electrical cords for the washer & dryer, carotid pipes that lead to a drainage problem in the kitchen that ultimately flooded a bedroom, still waiting for the windows to be upgraded, and no wants to talk or acknowledge the concerns of this tenet.
