        While I have had many options to rent in a high quality rental apartment buildings, I am, so far, delighted to rent at 1305 Dock Street. I would recommend it without hesitation.

        My parents have lived here for two years. The personnel is amazing. The property is very well kept. I Can't say enough good things about 1305 Dock Street . Thanks for taking such good care of my parents.
