I was treated lower than dirt by the management team. I've never been so disrespected in my life. Everyone who works in that building is has no conscious. It's evident that they do not value their residents. I highly recommend that you find another place to stay. I was ripped off by the management team. In addition, the building looks sturdy but it poorly built. You can hear everything from your room. I felt like I had very little privacy as well. My experience at 10 light street was unpleasant. I would never want anyone to go through what I went through living there.

Unfortunately, 10 light street is not the place to stay if you want to be treated courteously and with respect. The management at 10 Light street is very unprofessional. I would not recommend you to lease an apartment with this company. I can list several cons to living at 10 Light street. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything from the neighbors playing music, people getting on and off the elevators, funky smells in the hall ways, people allow their pets to poop and pee in the hallways and the worst part of it all is that management is horrible. Yes it looks good on the outside, but do not let that fool you, everything that glitters is not gold. To save yourself some time please look at other places to lease in the surrounding area. If you must live at 10 light street do not lease a with Andrea. First, she's the least helpful person that works there. She reckless and unprofessional with very little education. I am warning you now before you even think about staying at 10 light street, DO NOT LEASE AT 10 LIGHT STREET.

At least one night per month, you have to leave your apartment for about two hours because of continuous false fire alarms. I don't know what kind of horrible system the property management company has put in place, but this has annoyed me so much that I've had the last straw and I'm moving out. Expect to be woken up unexpectedly at a minimum once per month, and often twice, at 3am to an alarm that is as loud as being in the front row of a monster truck show, without there ever being a fire or even smoke anywhere in or near the building. It's crazy! I don't have kids but I guarantee it would cause permanent damage to their hearing and probably leave them frightened and shaken because they would never know when they went to bed if they were going to be woken up by ear-shattering chaos for absolutely no reason. So long 10 Light!
