Great Community. Great People.Wonderful Staff & Management.
10 Light had been the best apartment experience I've ever had. The amenities are wonderful and the staff are exceptional. The only things I would change are having vending machines, thicker front doors for sound, and using non-matte paint throughout the building. This type of paint is easily marked and very difficult to clean.
The location is great! The apartment is spectacular and the amenities cannot be found anywhere else.
Historic living in Baltimore from 20 floors up in the sky, 10 Light is one of the best options for living in downtown. Friendly staff, fantastic amenities, easily-accessible location, and competitive pricing comes together into one very lucrative package.
It is a great community with lots of amenities. The people seem friendly. The only thing I would change about 10 Light Street is to add parking, which I am sure is impossible. I am enjoy the view and other modern aspects of my apartment. It is quiet as well. There are a lot of dogs here.
