My wife and I have been here two months and love everything about The James. We just put in an online request for a couple of small maintenance items and within 4 hours Collins had taken care of everything and did it with a smile. Thank you!!

I recently considered moving in to The James but was detoured with employment location. The facility is probably one of the most well kept establishments to live in Annapolis!!! Exceptionally beautiful gorgeous and stylish by all means!!! The grounds are well kept the location is phenomenal and the apartment itself was amazing I feel in love with it as soon as I saw it!!! The customer service was top notch very professional with sincerity and very pleasant. Im hoping that an opportunity will become available for me too seek future residency at The James. I m very particular about my living environment so I can definitely say if youre looking for the perfect place to live The James is the place to live!!!! Highly recommendable!!!

This is NOT the place if someone likes a peaceful and quiet stay. Very noisy and loud place. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

The James is an amazing steal for the quality of life, layouts for their apartments, and the amenities you would get for the price of an apartment in Annapolis. The staff is extremely professional and invested in the quality of The James experience. The location is perfect to live just right outside of the fast paced life in Annapolis- coming home to my apartment is my favorite part of the day!
