I am impressed with the quick initial response to my request. I am impressed with all of the options provided specific to my needs. And, I am impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and patience shown from the first interaction through those that followed. This may be the place for me... and now its up to me to stop procrastinating.
People in the neighboring complex (and those who are hiking the nearby nature trail) park at Stone Point, so parking near your own apartment here can be rough most days of the week and even worse on weekends pending hiking weather. Each apartment at Stone Point is given one regular parking pass for spaces outside, and one parking pass for the garage. I couldn't find parking near my apartment and had to bring in groceries, so I parked in the garage (despite my girlfriend having the garage pass). Put all the groceries away and forgot I parked there, and came back to my vehicle a day or two later to find that I had a Barnacle device on my windshield. Paying the ~$200 fine and returning the device, I get to talking to the Barnacle rep and it turns out Stone Point doesn't even have them monitor the outdoor parking spaces... only the garages. So on top of my own apartment managers hitting me with a ~$200 fine, I find out that they're not even doing anything to alleviate the problem that caused me to park in the garage in the first place.

I am not usually one to post negative reviews, but I feel its important before renting at Stone Point Apartments that prospective tenants have a full picture of what they are really getting. I have rented for the past 16 years in Boston, New York, and now in Annapolis and have never had such a negative experience. When I first moved in, I was happy but the property has gone downhill quite significantly since then. I was a tenant for 3 years there and while the community and amenities were nice, there were many negative experiences. Even after escalating my concerns to the Bozutto regional manager, there was no response or resolution.
Comfortable, residence is right in the middle of many attractions and dining, shopping, and other.
Love it! I plan on renewing my lease. I feel comfortable here, and safe. The staff is friendly, and I get the overall sense of community here.
