The staff is always helpful and always always... put the best foot forward in any situaion.
Within a few hours after submitting a work order, a repairman showed up. An hour after that, my problem was fixed. I praise the timely service and the quality of the work performed.

This place is not as clean as it should be, the walkways need to be washed!!! The yearly power washing by the regular cleaning staff doesn't cut it. Get a proper machine to clean the hallways and parking garages. For a while the fire alarm went off ALL the time, it was getting old, at least that's seemed to be fixed, but took way to long to address the problem (that seems to be the underlying theme here). The elevators are often broken, along with the gates to the garage.
Apartments, while spacious, we're obviously made using cheap materital and under time constrictions (I'm a Construction Project Manager so I have some experience with this...). Office staff is extremely unpleasent and often rude, unless they are trying to sell you a lease. Rules pertaining to Parking change frequently and only benefit the retail tenants. Maintenance, which you will need because of the hasty construction, often requires multiple service requests before your problem is fixed.
