I live in this residence for close to 5 years. the apartment itself is comfortable and spacious. the huge problem with this place is their lack of parking space. if you work late at night or want to go out for a weekend with your friends and come home late forget it you won't find parking. if you do want a secure spot you can pay extra to have a save parking spot which does not help the current parking situation as it is. You can't just leave your car because it will get towed. When I use to live here and come home from work I've had to sleep in my car for hours at a time or until morning just waiting for parking. For that reason alone I will never recommend this place to anyone unless you commute. The property manager at the time that we lived here were horrible as well. We basically said the same issue and they were rude about the entire situation.

this has been the worst living experience i’ve ever had to deal with. the pest control is OUT OF CONTROL. they do very little to keep it maintained. the stairwells always smell like urine. it’s frustrating. having to live like this

Mice everywhere and management maintenance crew are so rude, also there is never parking after 8 pm
