Friendly courteous staff. Very quiet.

Have had constant leaks for over a year, they cut up the ceiling, do nothing, then paint over it and they keep happening ALL OVER. Whole entire complex infested with silverfish on all the floors. For the past five months we've had one working washer, no matter how many service calls are made. The worst part being they don't tell you if someone smoke cigarettes before, I've never smoked cigarettes, and I run two air filters daily, I bought on my own, it never reduces the smell. Dumpsters are always filled up with trash and disgusting, you have to tip toe around to throw away trash. Storm water pond can be nice to look at.

Place sucks!!!Do not move here.It has a good location thats it. Paper thin walls, can here dogs barking,people vacuming ,and walking all day.Can even here peoples conversations. Also no main door lock,so solictors will come and knock on your door.Lastly no parking is the biggest problem. There is no assigned parking so you can hardly ever get a spot by your unit. Its bad!

I have lived here for five years and the last new has been a nightmare. People above me are so noisy and never sleep. Management came over and heard how bad it was and told me to turn my tv up. I cannot wait to move out. Washing machine are always broken . love my other neighbors but they can also heard the noise. Management here is really bad.

A little small BUT the Den is what I like, if the price is right.

Staff was very friendly each time I spoke with them. I was interested in a 2 bedroom with optional den, and unfortunately they do not have a model of that unit for me to see . They said it woukd be another month or so nefore they have one that someone moves out of that I could see. I did ultimately go with another apartment complex just bc I did not have a month to wait. Just to view the unit I was interested in.
