Magnolia Farms Apartments

I drove 30 miles to inspect this place, only to find that the leasing office wasnt open during normal "business hours". Ridiculous.

First ever apartment and it's the worse experience ever. Management and maintenance are very unreliable, they're never in the office and rarely answer phone calls. Got a leak in my apartment and had to call whole 3 weeks straight before they decided to fix the problem, the contractors came in and the problem wasn't fixed but got worse, my bf and I had to end up sleeping on the couch and all they ever say is sorry but we'll send someone over now and after like 3-5 hours I have call back again to see if maintenance forgot about me or they got lost in the mail smh, I have a list of other problems with my apt but I don't wanna write a long essay. They never want to give out corporate number because they're obviously scared. And I'm not the only person who feels this way, neighbors talk about how maintenance is a joke and that they aren't fixing the laundry room leakage. Can't wait for my lease to be up in a few months, momma is gonna be rolling outta there with joy. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy.
