Terrible place to live. Businesses in the are receive shipments anywhere from 1-4 am and we can hear every noise from them. We also hear every footstep or dropped item from our upstairs neighbors, and its as loud as thunder. Paying such high rent prices for old appliances, a leaky basement and being unable to sleep is absolutely insane.

just nowNEW Lived in redbank for almost 7 years and the rent has gone up every year at minimum $80 and now this year they want $1900 for a ONE BEDROOM, NOTHING INCLUDED which is $1000 more than we originally started paying when we moved here. Nothing in the apartment/neighborhood has improved, if anything it's gotten worse. Our apartment still has decade old appliances. There is black mold. Moisture soaks onto the windows.There are undercover police officers driving through the neighborhood regularly, maintenance men will renovate apartments next door to you at 730 in the morning drilling into walls, I havent slept past 730 in my own house for almost 2 months now. THESE APARTMENTS ARE NOT WORTH NEARLY WHAT THEYRE ASKING FOR
