Good location. Large apartment. Would be nice if the heat turned off.
I was told that I needed to make a certain amount of money in order to live there... I found that to be unacceptable... in other words , only people who make Good money can live there... Not right
Currently live in building 6 and can't wait to move out. Our apartment has been 90+ degrees year round because the heat never shuts off even if you shut it off in your unit. Complained about this 5 times before they finally told me it would be too expensive for them to fix so they suggested we "crack a window". Horrible with snow removal, they literally left a snowbank surrounding my car after a storm and then told me it was my responsibility to get my car out of the lot within a few hours or it would be towed. The women in the office treat their job like a joke and don't really care about helping the tenants. I can now understand why it's so cheap to live here.
I lived in Apt 6i in Orono. It was like so hot in summer and also winter, because we had no control over the temperature. The building would get so hot you could not stand. The staff were so rude and were always intimidating the tenants. I always paid my rent on time (I set it on Auto pay) but I always had billing issues, finally I decided to move out. After more than three months I have not received my deposit back, although I called them more than 3 times!
Maintenance calls are good. Not sure why you charge more a month for month to month leaseing. And not quite sure why we are trapping chipmunks outside?
