BEST SCHOOL DISTRICT IN THE STATE!! Zachary Parkside offers a refreshing alternative to the traditional apartment home lifestyle. Zachary Parksides' Big House Design is designed to resemble a tiny village of large single family homes. We are a brand new luxury apartment community located in Zachary, LA (right outside of Baton Rouge). Each of these homes feature a 1-2 car attached garage, full size washer and dryer, GE energy efficient appliances, Roman-Style garden tubs, private patios and balconies, brushed nickel hardware, faux wood floors, and much more. Our residents love the community atmosphere and peace and quiet of being located right outside of Baton Rouge. They also love the 24 hour business center and fitness center and, of course, the convenience of their attached garage.

Quiet, friendly atmosphere. The staff and maintenance are friendly, knowledgable, and always at the ready to help. The best place to stay, safely and secure. Aminities near by for shopping, recreation. Highly recommend.
The office staff is very efficient, cordial and helpful.
we live in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment here, its very convenient for me because I'm from Zachary. There are a lot of charges and threats to terminate your lease if you break any rules we have 2 teenagers so we received a lot letters phone calls and threats. I got in less trouble in my college dorm. I do find the facility is not kid friendly and priced high compared to Baton Rouge prices. the garbage cans that you leave your trash by the curb to be picked up are slightly smaller than a kitchen garbage can. air condition has been broke on 4 different occasions but they did fix within a days time. My electric bill averages around $240 a month, my air seems to run all day long and i keep it on 75 in the summer and 66 in the winter, Nothing can be left outside of garage such as bike, bar b cue pit or trash cans past 9 am. Moving out early is very costly as im finding out now. should have rented from the first place i went too or even a house.
Would give a zero but that's not an option.
Leak from upstairs apartment flooded my downstairs bathroom and my whole apartment smells like grey water. Could tell it was a previous issue with shoddy repair.
Who knows how much mold is in the ceiling and walls.
The new construction the complex has going on at the moment has been pure misery. The noise is awful and extremely loud, they start every morning at 7:00am. When you pay the cost of rent that we are charged and cannot sleep in your own home it is highly frustrating and disappointing. The insulation in these apartments is terrible and if you have people above you that have children that run everywhere or if your bedroom wall backs up to someone who snores at night it is miserable.
