I have lived here for 4 years and enjoyed every minute of it! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful when needed. The grounds are clean and nice to look at. And the dog park is a especially nice area to bring my pups. I highly recommend living here. The location is perfect and I have always felt safe and comfortable!

Mollie (manager) is simply amazing, patient kind and helpful in every way. She helped us with everything for our 2500 mile move from Oregon to Louisiana. We loved the Audubon Park apts. Very clean and modern. The staff is all very helpful to any needs or repairs very quickly. Mollie helped us w all the paperwork and online setup from day 1 while.we were traveling for our move. She went out of her way several times to help us have a great move and arrival. Thanks for everything Mollie! Dana & George M.

I was apprehensive about being in an apartment after being in a house so long. I was very pleasantly surprised at Audubon Park. We stayed there once we sold our house until we built our forever home. I really enjoyed my apartment itself and garage. It had nice feature that felt more like a townhouse or home in the apartment. I loved the gym, had more equipment than the one I was a member of! The staff is friendly and we had no complaints!

If you're not looking to purchase a home I would gladly recommend this place over any other community in Zachary. Beautiful property and GREAT staff!

My filter hasnt been changed since January. The gate has been broken the majority of the time I have lived over here, the neighbors on both sides of me that stay upstairs are always noisy and the courtesy officer never shows up to let them know.The light fixture is nasty in my kitchen from the last tenants and looks as if it might fall so I took pics and a video. The trash compactor area is always a mess or trash around it or on the parking lot. And to say its a gated community any can site and wait to come in the gate behind you. I would never recommend these apartments ever to anyone again.
