What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Youngsville

It is a quiet neighborhood. My neighbors are friendly and considerate. It is located near my favorite stores and restaurants.

It's deeply Hispanic. My friends and I hang out in the park nearby. Sometimes it's safe but other times the homeless are sleeping around there and it's not safe.

It's clean and friendly, everything is near and it's not far from things. Everyone is friendly and there are usually no problems.

We have several restaurants, places to go to for activities that are near our neighborhood (within 5-10 mins), but are far enough out of the urban area that our neighborhood is quiet and safe for children and families to be outside and around the neighborhood safely.

Nothing really. I stay inside alot so I'm not usually outside to witness the day life or night life. I guess I like that no one is trying to rob you or anything and it's affordable to live here, also the landlord tries to work with you.
