Audubon Village

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My experience with this apartment complex was absolutely HORRID. The prices look amazing, however this place is NOT worth it. Residents play music until the wee hours of the day and like mentioned below, cops come to shut it down but as soon as they leave, they start back up again. The landlords are more than aware of WHO is playing the loud music. The grounds at this property was FILTHY and it was like living in a dump. Office staff was nonchalant and sometimes rude. The structure of the buildings are also TRASH. My furniture was damaged on multiple occasions from rain water seeping in through the carpet/walls and rather than acknowledging the obvious issues the ramble on about rental insurance. If this place is on your list of possible places to move, cross it out. NOW.

I never checked this place out after the reviews and how offended the person who called me about a vacancy became when I asked if she lived there. Interesting. She also said she likes to recommend that people come and do their own assessment which wouldve been fine if she hadnt used this response immediately following a long pause.

PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE!!! Even if youre desperate dont move here!! The price might look nice to pay every month but its not worth it. People who run this place should be ASHAMED of themselves. Nobody is every in the office to help you. You can call in the middle of the day where offices is supposed to be open and nobody will ever be there. Music is always playing till 3 am, the cops always come to the community to have people turn down there music but once the cops leave and they turn it right back on. Things got so bad someone had a LIVE CHICKEN around the complex and it would poop all over the steps and the chicken will be ready to attack you. ALSO the landscape is disgusting especially the dumpster. Nobody cares here. The maintenance people here is okay but they come when they feel like it. Also, youll never finding parking here, they make you get a sticker yet you can never find a spot in your own home. I know someone who got their car towed because there wasnt any parking so they was left to park in the handicap spot and then the office didnt even tell the person. They just had the car towed with no warning. I can go on and on about how much this place is a circus but youve been warned NOT to move here.

Im very interested in living here the view of the apartment is very nice and I visited a friend that live there and the set is very nice
