This place is 50(maybe +) years old. I left as soon as my lease was up due to the fact that the maintance was not done. I don't know about the 2 new maintaince workers but the one was really stupid aboout how to do a problem with my friend's apartment wiring. When she turned on her bedroom light the hall, both bedrooms and bath lights turned on. The same problem was with the living room switch -- it turned on the living room dining room and kitchen and turn OFF the bedrooms, hall and bath. I'm trying to convince my friend to move asap. tonight the water is all over her kitchen floor again. The tub drain was clogged and she told the manager. Instead of getting it unclogged they all went home and now instead of takiiing a maximum of 10 minutes to shoot the CO2 down the tub and kitchen sink They will maybe be spending an o hour or two fixing the pipes. My friend told her manager that the drain was clogged on Friday. There is no way to contact the manager as she will be out of state for 3 days next week! Do yourselves a good thing and look somewhere else for an apartment.
