I have lived here 4 months. The grounds are well kept , and 5 stars to the maintenance team. They are very quick in resolving the minor problems Ive had

Great apartments!!! Loved living here! The property manager, Janie, as well as the rest of the staff are always very helpful and friendly. Awesome location, great amenities, safe area. I would have renewed my lease, but I am moving out of state for work.

As you can see the reviews are way from 2019. They are under new management and the grounds arent well kept. Theres only one dumpster that residents pile trash on the outside on the weekends. The hallways need pressure washing and the residence need a paint job . Management isnt friendly and doesnt reside on the premises, so they dont care about the up keep. Theres no consequences for loud nose and robbery is definitely expected. Kids in the nearby neighborhood pretty much run the facility . Please read all reviews before rental .

Way to expensive for what you get. Plus there's always something messed up here. Gate,trash compactor,parking, etc.
