What Renters Like and Dislike About Swartz

Feel very safe living there. Know and trust all my neighbors. Grocery store is within walking distance. Good restaurants nearby.

My neighborhood is a gated community. My neighborhood is close to convenient stores and dollar stores. We have local pizza shops less than two minutes away. Grocery store 5 minutes away. All is good.

safe walking at night, safe leaving doors unlocked, Bars on windows and doors, safe having packages left on doorstep

It is very unique neighborhood.I always try going to market,Restaurants, bars, shops etc.I feel good business with my neighborhood.

It's close to a variety of stores, most people keep to themselves and don't pry in others business. Using rideshare service are somewhat affordable since stores are close by.
