09/03/2020 Have been a resident here over 2 years in our first unit no real issues, after moving upstairs it has been a never ending maintenence headache. To get an issues resolved completely and correctly it takes an average of 3 work orders and over a week to find resolution of the problem. We've been fighting an ongoing battle over our AC unit which finally lead to me reaching out to the management companies main office. I was given a brush off response from them and can still not get a return phone call in over a week. Do not recommend

My young son and I lived here for 3 years. Safe, convenient, and the office staff and maintenance both went above and beyond to help. I cannot think of any negatives as the office staff was always pretty attentive to the grounds. The pools were not both always functioning but the upside is there are 2 pools available for use and the front one always seemed to be in working order and clean.

Please contact our office before bringing a pet into the apartment so we may verify it is a pet friendly home. Cats must be kept inside and not allowed to roam freely. All cats must be up to date on shots.

  • Weight restriction: 45lbs
  • Your dog is welcome! Please remember we do have restrictions for breed types. All dogs must not weigh more than 45 pounds at maturity and the carpet must be at least three years old. Please call our office to verify your apartment is pet. No aggressive breeds or combinations of breeds that are deemed aggressive. All shots must be current and pet owners are responsible for walking their dogs and cleaning up behind them. Please call the office for more information.

Our community sits on approximately 23 acres, located within the Spring Lake Subdivision. We are close to Line Avenue and the 3132 exchange, but far enough away to have a peaceful and quiet location. We have lots of green space, trees, grass and open areas and are located in an excellent neighborhood to walk, run or ride bikes. Our location is within an easy drive of LSU-HSC, LSU-Shreveport, Youree Drive, downtown, and interstates I-20 and I-49. You'll enjoy how easy and convenient it is to get to where you need to go.
