    The location is great, amenities are great (except for a clubhouse thats been closed for months now), but I wouldnt trust the staff as far as I can throw them. If given the chance, they will be dishonest with your money. Ive lived here less than 6 months and have had issues that they never clear up or admit to. So if you can deal with shiesty staff, this is the place for you!

    I am a resident here and it is beautiful. They have really made improvements over recent months. gorgeous wooded grounds with a variety of native trees that they keep trimmed professionally that make everything so beautiful. Their pools are lovely. Its quiet and they seem to constantly be concerned about beautification. Good security, attentive staff. Highly recommend ***** CW

    My young son and I lived here for 3 years. Safe, convenient, and the office staff and maintenance both went above and beyond to help. I cannot think of any negatives as the office staff was always pretty attentive to the grounds. The pools were not both always functioning but the upside is there are 2 pools available for use and the front one always seemed to be in working order and clean.
