    Amazing apartment! Landscaping is well kept and maintenance is very prompt. The pool is salt water and so nice! I love the cabana area to lounge in and read on my days off. I love that the gates stay closed day and night. That helps me feel so secure living alone. Love RiverScape!

    I took a tour of this property. I thought the rates were very reasonable for the area and for their amenities. The apartments look great and I love the wood floors! The staff was very nice and helpful. I can't wait to move in!

    Buyer beware. If looking for 2 bdr they may try to overcharge. Rents here currently run $770 to 1050. They got me good. $ 1368 mo and now want to raise it.
