We hate living here. Maintance fixes nothing, the parking lot floods so badly it has totalled out multiple cars, they want their rent check on the 1st of every month but don't want to hold up their end of the deal. We cannot wait till our lease is up so we can get out of this place.

Do not move here. It floods and the property manager and assistant manager will not tell you that.

Very nice and affordable apartment complex off of Lakeshore Dr near 3132 interstate. Washer and Dryer included in every unit. The office staff is punctual and friendly when resolving issues. Assigned parking spaces. Duck pond. And fair lease buyout option without having to pay for the remainder of the lease. Clean/safe environment.

The apartment needs an upgrade...the leasing office has been upgraded (they only care about the staff) Management is FAKE and constantly put you off...its takes FOREVER to get repairs. If you decide to move there please make sure to do a thorough walk through and don't believe anything Brooksie or Amie tells you in regards to this...WRITE EVERYTHING down yourself, because they LIE and will charge you for things that were already faulty. The carpet is old stained and worn...I asked them to change it but they wouldn't. Amie stated that carpet is changed every 7 years (ITS PAST THAT) the appliances are old and outdated...if you tell them that you're not pleased they will only make excuses. Don't forget, the leasing office has been upgraded and is nice. BOTTOM LINE...don't rent from them, you will get what you pay for.
