Rats,Rats,an,moreRats,noAir all summer,pool was open once a week an wasn't clean,knats come thru your vent...its not worth it go to a motel for better housing. Heads up before you give them your non refundable deposit and Rent.
The Fairmont apartments are infested with roaches, mice/rats, bedbugs, fleas and knats. You cannot control the air and heat, it is controlled by the apartment staff. The "chiller" is always breaking down so it's always hot. If you have pets you cannot leave their food and water out due to being swarmed by roaches. The only good thing about this place is it is all bills paid. I definitely recommend looking elsewhere.
DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT LIVING HERE AS AN OPTION! This building needs to be condemned. I have hundreds of pictures and videos of the horrible living conditions I lived in under section 8 housing for just 6 months. The entire building is infested with black mold that never gets treated. The mold is just covered with paint. The infestionation of roaches and rats was so bad I honested had to put everything I owned from food to under garments in sealed bags and then put in storage containers. Server all times I while sleeping had baby rats and roaches wake me up and in my bed. The building also has issues with bed bugs. Management is and has always been aware of all of these issues and doesnt care to fix or even try to take the initiative to slowly get these issues under control and I have video of my conversations with them about this. Ive tried to report these issues to section 8, property standards, the health Dept, the mayors office and the media and nobody wanted to get involved. The departments I contacted and the People who live there need to be aware how their health is being affected living in those conditions. SHUT THIS BUILDING DOWN!
