The Mayfair Apartment Homes

I went there to do my walk thru with Jeffrey when I got there I waited a few minutes for him to return. I met the two ladies that also work there in the office they all were very helpful and polite to me. Every time I called or left a message Jeff would return my calls and answer all my questions in a timely manner. when I went everything was nice no trash or anything out of the norm. I would recommend Mayfair Apartment Homes 100 percent stop by for yourself and see, you won't be disappointed at all. Thanks you guys!!!!!!

They were great to us and the property is beautiful!

The pictures online show a huge pool. They dont have one. There are many run down empty buildings in the back that I was told were getting renovated. The work wasnt getting done and they look terrible. Thin walls, could hear neighbors all the time. This place is a don't. You can get better in New Orleans for the same price.

I visited the office and Krystal was great! She was very knowledgeable of the property. She answered all of my questions and made it certain for me to contact her if I had any other concerns. She is extremely professional and I look forward to moving into my new home.

They say they give new upgrades and new applicances. Well that's a lie. Then they told me one apartment and it has mold 4263. The leasing agent told then another apt 4214 which was renovated by the last owner contract company infinity and the apt was the best one back there. She said a staff member was moving in their but changed their mind. So I agreed, then she called me the next day and someone put a deposit on it already. I'm like how when I just talked to you yesterday. Well come to find out that she's moving in their. This company rather their employee move in a decent renovated apartment for free instead of a resident moving in their paying full rent. They lie about newly renovated. It's all used, damaged, and spray painted appliances. They said they wanted to accommodate by sending me to a half completed apartment or a smaller one. Wow so professional.
