    I would like to say ever since these new Laguna Run Staff have taken over since last year these apartments have went to crap. The office staff is so rude and they don't care. They attempted to illegal evict me and I was moving into another one of their units that had a leaking ceiling.

    Laguna Run needs to be improved in a drastic number of ways. The office is NEVER available when we need them. They have not accommodated any of our needs that weve requested. There are problems with pest control, laundry rooms, stairs, and even things being broken inside our apartment from the moment weve moved in. People do not answer the phones and do the bare minimum to assist us. I hate living here and Im ashamed to invite people over.

    The Staff was really nice , Ronnie was very helpful, funny & kind . The Apartments are very nice & peaceful o felt right at home
