The staff and management is AWFUL! I went there a month ago and returned because I never received feedback from Management on availability. Upon this return there is a entire new staff and name of location. However, lets just say the staff are worse than before. No body seems to have no idea of what is going on. If you talk to one they will tell you, you need to talk with the other. This complex is DOOMED! The property is continuously fall apart. With the management and staff I can't see it getting any better no time soon. I am glad I got the chance to see exactly how unorganized the management and staff are and also how unkepted the property really is. Thank You Jesus! I suggest everyone walk away. 6-12 months is a long time to be in a home contract. Read the other reviews. This is not my opinion, its a fact.

Im very upset with the negligence of people who work in this apartment I work all day long 6 to 7 days I dont stay in my apartment that much I said this because I was thinking if I broke some of the rules,yesterday March 8, 2018 When I come home about 7 oclock I find a note on my door saying Im Evicted I have to live the apartment on March 11 I was in shock because I pay my rent on Monday which I believe was March 5 I pay late before yes I did but I pay 75 dollar fee thats part of the agreement in the lease I understand that but for this situation I know for sure is a big mistake and I have my receipts to , the owner have to look for professional and responsible workers ,and also just have copy of my lease on March 5 the same day I pay my rent very upset this is going to be my second year living here

Always floods in your front room when it rains. They have changed management at least 3 times since I've been here and went up on rent yet there has been no progress. The courtyards are dark , lights should be there. I've had several maintenance issues and they take forever to come , sometimes you have to call again.
