Lived here for 10 years dog friendly. Walls arent that thin unless you have loud neighbors. Had no problems including the 24/7 maintenance available.

Lived here for a year, not sure how. Walls are paper thin to the point you can hear your neighbor's conversations like they are in the same room. Walls and vents not properly sealed; you can smell what your neighbor is cooking inside their apartment from inside your apartment. Ceiling also paper thin and can hear conversations from upstairs neighbors; Also sounds like the ceiling is breaking when people walk around upstairs. The neighbors I had made the situation worse too... kids screaming with adults screaming back, slamming kitchen cabinets sounding like bombs going off all day (when I complained I was told "they don't know they're doing it"), upstairs neighbor jumping around sounding like they were coming through the ceiling and throwing hard objects on their floor sounding like bombs on the ceiling (when I complained, water poured through the bathroom vent from the upstairs toilet, the very next day.) Laundry room is disgusting and the machines rarely work; would also find things in the dryer with my clothes after leaving them unattended. There were many MANY other things wrong inside the apartment including a mildew A.C. unit etc etc but don't feel like typing about it anymore. Would have moved out if they didn't make me give them a $2,000.00 lease completion fee. Almost seems like a scam really.
