    Will not be renewing lease the internet cuts off at 9pm until 5am the company thats used for internet services is circa innovations which does have a technical support and just to troubleshoot any problem has to be done by appointment. There no way to contact the office without actually going to the office. Maintenance is very slow for the simplest things expect to wait 3 days minimum. What has changed for the better is the water cut off times but lets keep fingers crossed and the amount of time when the elevators are out how long it takes to get it back up and running Wendys from months and weeks to days. When packages are delivered make sure its secured in a lookers because theres thieves

    I see they are renovating. I miss the pool and atmosphere. I plan to move back soon.

    This is the worst apartment complex Ive lived in! This is far from luxury. The only good thing about SOME of the units is the space. I pay $2250 for a 2 bedroom. Its spacious but everyday theres a problem- em hence water shut down, appliances break because they are over 10 years old, cabinets fall apart because they are the cheap particle wood and never been replaced. Our windows have been cracked up for months because of last years tropical storms. Everytime it rains, we get water in our unit. Weve complained to management about this for months but they do not care. We are now getting ready to file insurance claims and weve already had to get a tenant lawyer involved. The complex is filthy and stinks because the trash chute it always clogged and theres stray cats that are infected with fleas EVERYWHERE!! Dog + Cat pee and poo is EVERYWHERE even in the hallways. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! ^^ that was my review before the eviction notice. American can filed an illegal, dishonest eviction against us because our dog was off leash and bit someone. But they couldnt tell us where, when, or who our dog bit. Our dog has never been off leash in her life. We asked for proof, like some sort of police report or camera recording, or even a picture of the bite.. but of course American can didnt have any proof because my dog never bit anyone. They just wanted to evict us because we complain about all the mishaps here! Theres a clause in the lease that says they do not have to show proof in regards to residential reports.. meaning they can kick you out anytime, as long as someone reports something. We had to pay almost $1000 to get an lawyer to fight this illegal eviction. In the end, the judge sided with us, and let us out of our lease without an eviction (we did not want to stay at that horrible complex!!). Thankfully, we wont have an eviction on our record and we got out of the worst complex in America! So I guess their illegal eviction filing worked in our favor!!

    Leaking windows every time it rains produces mold inside apartments, water on 1 mainline causes issues - no cold water, parking is horrible, non-residents use pool / BBQ area during weekends/holidays when it's suppose to be residents only, old/not updated with appliances.

    The place is huge! Too big for my liking. Also, a parking space is not granted ---- one has to pay between $95-125 to have a dedicated parking space. It is otherwise a very nice property and the small fitness center is a plus.
