Horrible place. Dont waste your time and money.
DO NOT waste your money or let these reviews fool you.
The staff keeps the place fresh and clean? HAHA YEAH RIGHT. The day we moved in we had to rent machines to scrub the floors they were so filthy your feet were as black as charcoal! Everything was disgusting. The elevators are always broke, the trash always gets back up and the trash room is usually full of bugs and smells cause they take so long to fix it. Yes the staff is very friendly, dont get me wrong but I got $65 taken off of my $200 deposit for cleanliness, and I left that apartment CLEANER THEN WHEN I MOVED IN IT, I didnt even live as dirty as when we got it. I called Marelda one of the ladies in the office and asked WHY were we having $65 deducted and her response was because when she did the walk through, in ONE of the cabinets we left some canned goods and cleaning chemicals, mind you leaving the chemicals as a convenience on the cleaning lady. Any holes that we left behind from hanging pictures or tvs, I took my time to patch, I scrubbed the bathroom, toilet and sink, microwave and refrigerator. I just KNEW I was getting my $200 back so to see $65 taken for cleanliness made me LIVID. Especially when my first time meeting Marelda, I let her know that two cabinets were broken, the bathroom towel rack was loose and the floors were disgusting. She did nothing about it but apologized. Wow. NOT TO MENTION, we paid $500 for a pet deposit, MY CAT and $200 for a move in deposit? Seems a lil backwards dont ya think. DO NOT WASTE your money, you will be disappointed, theres SO many downtown places to live, that are actually worth the extra money! Trust me!
And I do have pictures of the machine I rented, all the cabinets emptied, the bottoms of not only my feet but my spouses mother, AND both my old parents on all fours helping us get our apartment how it shouldve been when we moved in. THE ONLY THING great about that apartment is the location, and the maintenance lady will tell you that herself.
Never heard back from them to view the listing
Friendly Staff! They were very knowledgable and the building was so clean.
It's a pretty cool place to stay. The staff is super friendly and keeps the building nice and fresh. Very close to all my fav restaurants and bars. My apt is kinda small though, but the view of the Mississippi River, and French Quarter is super. Britney in the office is also great.
