What Renters Like and Dislike About New Iberia

Close to town and main highway. Quiet till traffic starts.Nice area.good food. Helpful people.cheap living.sugar cane fair is fun.

I like the quietness. And the friendliness of the neighbors. And the uniqueness is these are older homes that are well taken care of, which makes them adorable. And I enjoy taking small weekend trips with my family, just visiting my immediate family staying intouch.

I can trust my neighbors. I also live close to stores. I also like the fact the homes were not built close together.

We have a decent amount of space between each other's house. There aren't too many social places to go to around here.

Is quiet and no one bother anyone one. Cause everyone stay to them self. So you don't have to worry about having a Karen in this neighborhood. Kids does play outside with each other. But they aren't a trouble kids. They walk around the neighborhood and some just trying to make money by offering to cut grass for you.

My neighbors are friendly and we look out for each other. We do have downtown nearby so there is activities to do.
