    I was looking for temporary living after hurricane Ida. After contacting the Terraces of Metairie, they told me to fill out an online application. I had explained in detail my situation and that this would be an insurance claim. They charged my bank account a $50 application fee and a $300 deposit for the apartment . 2 days later I got a phone call saying that I did not earn enough money to be able to rent the apartment. I inquired as to why I was not told this when I spoke to someone on the phone and was told to fill out an application. They have still not refunded my deposit and I have not heard from them. In addition they told me they are not going to refund my $50 application fee. .

    I moved in 2015, thinking it would be a temporary stop until I was ready to move into the city of New Orleans. I never moved, and have no real plans too. Amazing property with responsive, friendly, professional on site management. I would have never thought of an apartment complex as home. Bonus: gorgeous pool, computer center and printer, nice fitness center. And I love my balcony.

    I love the apartments, the leasing director and everything about it. I move on the first of the month.
