    It's not bad but to not have a pool for reasons unknown is not acceptable considering the rent is so high because of having this amenity. It's clean and functional so why lock it up in the summer? Doesn't make any sense to me. For the price we pay a month the grounds should be mowed and the pool shouldn't have a huge padlock on it. If it's the issue with the residential kids getting in without parents or making a mess of the pool area that is an issue to deal with on that particular resident or residents and their offspring. Every resident shouldn't suffer especially when we aren't the people throwing trash.... disrespectfully treating the grounds or pool area. Most of us have respect for the land and pay on time for years no issues. But again amenities that are in the pricing for rent should be available when they are fully functional and not because the staff can't control the residential kids. Trust me.... We don't like babysitting them either especially When you have no kids. Please explain why I'm paying for an amenity that you have taken away with no time frame or reason for ripping me of the only joy I receive by living here and not somewhere cheaper without a pool?
