Patio Villa Apartments

Love the location, rent is super affordable, management efficient and friendly, great laundry and pet rent rates. Not too much noise considering it's near Fat City. Nice pool and currently being renovated, love the new paint colors!

Doing this review late. The rental agency was nice when I was moving in but very unorganized. It can be frustrating. The rent is pretty cheap compared to other areas but when I moved into my place there were roaches. They were very small but still roaches. They exterminated but it still doesnt completely get rid of them. Id recommend finding your own remedy. The parking is kinda crazy, one car per person. On top of that you get a guest tag but you better not lose it because you have to pay to rent extra ones. Small things like parking and preparing your apartment for exterminations are just super inconvenient and obviously bugs are gross. Other than that the layout of the apartment is actually pretty nice. Rent is affordable. Its a good first place for a youngster. When youre living on a budget you take the bad with the good. The pool is nice and the area is super homey and near a lot of cool spots. I just wish I would have known about those things (specifically the bugs and guest parking) beforehand but hopefully this helps whoever moves in now. I would say its a 2.5-3.

I absolutely love everything about my apartment!! Such a friendly quiet environment, everything I need is within walking distance including the lake side mall so that’s a plus. Very very pleased, and the staff is always helpful! 10/10

Viví por 1 año en estos departamentos, tienen buen mantenimiento. Son un poco pequeño. Las áreas alrededor y la piscina siempre están limpias, las personas de mantenimiento son amigables lo recomendó para personas solteras o parejas sin niños

Nice studio apartment, BAD roach infestation!

There maintenance workers are thieves. They don’t take responsibility for items taken from your apartment. It’s in their lease agreement so beware of signing. The people they have in management is also unprofessional.
