I have been living here for 8 years. The property is under new management and they are doing a very good job. The office staff Ms. Lil and Darian are very nice, professional and courteous. If there are any problems, you can always talk to the office staff. The groundskeeper, Justin is doing a very good job at keeping the property clean (all areas). If there is a maintenance problem, you put your request in and you will get a quick response from Ms. Lil, then a quick visit from the maintenance worker, Jeffrey, who will get the job done. New management has made lots of good and major improvements and more to come.

Some apartments are updated but some are older. The one I have is older but clean. Management changed and things have gotten better. They took down some covered parking and there is a lot of parking available. Pool is nice and there is a dog park. Also helps that utilities are included.

I love where I live for the price. Ive only been here for six months and Im only had a few maintenance issues which were quickly resolved. If there is one thing that I would change, it would be to pull up the carpet because it holds all types of older. The management team does a wonderful job. Great team and lovely place to live.

This is the LAST place ANYONE should want to live. The units are one roach away from being a roach motel, the staff in the office SUCKS & maintenance suck as well. Ive been living here for over a year and Im still without a working dishwasher, my ac unit has been leaking for DAYS, of course i was told that maintenance would come and look at it and they have yet to come. The hallways are ALWAYS stinky and filled with gnats and anything else that has wings. They have roaches all over the building the size of my hand and bees that just hang out on the stairways like its their hive. The office NEVER returns phone calls and they all have the nastiest attitudes. We recently got new management (latter-Blum) and me and my spouse thought things would get better, well we were both WRONG, nothing has changed, it is only getting worst & i wouldnt recommend no one nor nothing including an animal to live here even if they pay you to live there for free.
